Day 10 - August 7, 2021

I woke today from a dream with my mother in it. I remembered my prayer last week. Okay, this is a little creepy, but I kind of feel like maybe Lewis was found for me by my mother. Am I crazy for thinking this. So far, he is everything that I told her I wanted. I know we have a long way to go but, could that really be what’s happening?

I’m still thinking of Lewis. I didn’t work on my book yesterday. I scrapped all of it and started over. It’s going much better. I wrote more today than I have in the last five days. When I woke I went to the bathroom and handled some business. When I came out, I told my bestie and housemate that I figured out what was wrong with my new story while I was in the bathroom. She said that it was where I often came up with good ideas. So now you know I crap out great ideas. I relayed the story to Lewis via text. He thought it was funny. We chatted about some other things before I got back to work.
